PREPAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS

Appointments are prepaid and non-refundable through Square.

Cancellation or no-show automatically forfeits your payment and scheduled session.

We understand that schedules can change, and we will make every effort possible to accommodate you if you miss your appointment. However, because the schedule is very tight, all rescheduling and additional openings are first-come, first-served (FCFS) and cannot be guaranteed.

RUNNING LATE?

If you are running late, please come to our setup and let us know as soon as possible.

We will do our best to reschedule you into the next available opening, first-come, first-served.

Because each appointment is only 5 minutes, we may not be able to hold your original appointment time.

CHECK-IN

Our headshot station will be located inside the event center at the conference.

Follow the signs to find our on-location setup. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you have time to check in and review your information.

YOUR EMAIL IS IMPORTANT

Please provide a correct and active email address when booking.

Your finished headshot will be delivered directly to the email address you provide, so please double-check your email before completing your reservation.

COME CAMERA-READY

Your session is only 5 minutes, so please arrive ready for your headshot.

We recommend arriving with:

• Hair ready
• Makeup ready
• Outfit ready
• Glasses, if you normally wear them professionally
• Jackets or other professional accessories you'd like photographed

IMAGE RELEASE

Before your session, you will be required to review and sign the applicable image release/usage consent for the photographer and the conference.

After you book your appointment, an email will be sent to the email address you provided with the image release information and instructions.

The required release must be signed and received before your headshot session.
